He published the Gothic novel <em>\u2026And Then The Nigthmare Came At Last<\/em> (Vremea Publishing House, 2010), described by M. Pric\u0103jan <img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i158.photobucket.com\/albums\/t103\/egophobia\/43\/5MN_zpsonuxmst7.jpg?w=200\" alt=\"\"  align=\"right\" \/>(in the celebrated cultural magazine <em>Familia<\/em>) as \u201cThe Walpole Moment in Romanian literature\u201d. He was labelled as \u201cMr Gothic\u201d in <em>More Family Chronicles<\/em> (Limes Publishing House, 2014), a book written by a famous literary critic, the recently knighted for \u201cCultural Merit\u201d M. Opri\u021b\u0103. He further published short stories and novelettes (most can be found in the special edition volume <em>The Witching Hour<\/em>, 2015, Crux Publishing House), very well received by the critics and the public. He is a contributor of various celebrated anthologies and magazines, alongside important names of the classic (Algernon Blackwood, Arthur Conan Doyle, Robert E. Howard, Rudyard Kipling, H.P. Lovecraft, George MacDonald, Guy de Maupassant, Saki) or contemporary (George R.R. Martin, Kim Stanley Robinson, Paolo Bacigalupi, Ian R. MacLeod, John Shirley) universal literature. He won numerous national and international prizes <em>(2011 Galileo Best SF<\/em><em>&amp;Fantasy Volume Award<\/em>, <em>2012<\/em> <em>European Society of Science Fiction Eurocon Encouragement Award<\/em>,<em> 2015 RomCon Best Article Award<\/em> etc.). He was a <em>Bucharest International Literature Festival<\/em> <em>7<sup>th<\/sup> Edition<\/em> <em>(2014)<\/em> moderator (for <em>The Science Fiction Evening<\/em>, special guests: Richard K. Morgan and Paul J.
