Inferno<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I thought I\u2019d read the Inferno <\/em>aloud to my wife<\/p>\n

while we were house-sitting in a drafty old farmhouse in Umbria<\/p>\n

but after a while<\/p>\n

Hell got boring<\/p>\n

It didn\u2019t take very long<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We started watching TV instead<\/p>\n

the Italian version of Wheel of Fortune<\/em><\/p>\n

with a former Miss Sweden<\/p>\n

playing the Vanna White role<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Miss Sweden strides across the stage on her endless legs<\/p>\n

then turns, and her skirt swirls for the benefit of the \u201cbuttocks cam\u201d<\/p>\n

placed below stage level<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

My wife\u2019s intrinsic lesbianism, usually well-hidden,<\/p>\n

ignites and she falls to the floor and writhes as one possessed<\/p>\n

It\u2019s only when I change the channel to<\/p>\n
