Fallen genealogy<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

you have been systematically sucked<\/p>\n

into the wayward bowel of my headstrong harem<\/p>\n

an unborn child outside of Wedlock’s Stockade<\/p>\n

wonders at the shape of an accuser’s fingernail<\/p>\n

this torture is inhumane and lacks moral justice<\/p>\n

“I have erred, no doubt. Debase the earth that I had trodden upon<\/p>\n

because I have become contrite it will rise, heal and thrive again<\/p>\n

but never in your wildest antagonism poison my posterity<\/p>\n

with the haggard tongue of your Mercury’s tinsel”.<\/p>\n

It seems like we were never here<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I took my worthy elixir for granted<\/p>\n

now its potion’s mouthpiece has grown stale<\/p>\n

suddenly I am confined to a flooded pigeonhole<\/p>\n

howling like a rabid infested mad prophet<\/p>\n

all I see are skillets from your shadow’s vanity<\/p>\n

rising and falling into another strangers abyss<\/p>\n

after all, am not the champ I used to be<\/p>\n

is it too late to show you the shape of my reformed integrity?<\/p>\n

Quicksand<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

when people die, their strength is gone<\/p>\n

they breathe their last, and then where are they?<\/p>\n

they never know if their children grow up in honor<\/p>\n

or sink to insignificance<\/p>\n

as water evaporates from a lake<\/p>\n

and a river disappears in drought<\/p>\n

people are laid to rest and do not rise again<\/p>\n

until the heavens are no more,<\/p>\n

they will not wake up nor be roused from their slumber.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A song about a prostitute<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Take a harp<\/p>\n

and walk the streets<\/p>\n

you forgotten harlot<\/p>\n

make sweet melody<\/p>\n

and sing your songs<\/p>\n

so you will be<\/p>\n

remembered again<\/p>\n

she will be no different<\/p>\n

than she was before<\/p>\n

she will again be a prostitute<\/p>\n
