The cold.<\/p>\n<p>The bus has left.<\/p>\n<p>It left behind an empty stop.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Again, you wait.<\/p>\n<p>Your thoughts are disarrayed.<\/p>\n<p>The way you got here, you forgot.<\/p>\n<p>The words she said: \u201cLook for another\u201d,<\/p>\n<p>Whirled like an Aztec whistle\u2019s sound,<\/p>\n<p>Roared like a howl through the night,<\/p>\n<p>Went through my body, like an arrow\u2026<\/p>\n<p>And killed all that was left alive,<\/p>\n<p>And filled my veins with pain, like venom.<\/p>\n<p>The darkness. All the stars have died.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026But then, I felt the warmth.<\/p>\n<p>My heart\u2019s alive, the pain has passed.<\/p>\n<p>Once again I see the sun<\/p>\n<p>Blinking through the broken glass.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ***<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve seen a lot of pain<\/p>\n<p>I will never forget.<\/p>\n<p>When you walk in the field,<\/p>\n<p>It makes you want to yell.<\/p>\n<p>Burnt out children\u2019s faces<\/p>\n<p>Are flashing through your eyes,<\/p>\n<p>The tears of their mothers<\/p>\n<p>Pour down the skies.<\/p>\n<p>Your hands are full of woe &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>The sake is single bliss.<\/p>\n<p>Fight, until it\u2019s gone.<\/p>\n<p>Whatever it takes.<\/p>\n<p>Misfortune is the fear<\/p>\n<p>That tears your soul apart,<\/p>\n<p>But only God can see<\/p>\n<p>How you should play your part.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*** The eventide.
