Univers[1], 2024) apar\u021bine stilului func\u0163ional beletristic, curentului literar postmodernist \u0219i genului literar epic, fiind, din punct de vedere al speciei literare (formale \u0219i, respectiv, tematice), un romant[4] criminalistic \u0219i, \u00een acela\u0219i timp[5], un romant social (put\u00e2nd constitui, prin urmare, perechea anteriorului <em>Cerberus<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Din punct de vedere al literaturii comparate, ne aduce \u00een g\u00e2nd titluri precum <em>Carrie<\/em> (S. King, 1974), <em>Misterele fluviului<\/em> (<em>Mystic River<\/em>; D. Lehane, 2001) \u0219i, nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, <em>Crim\u0103 \u0219i pedeaps\u0103<\/em> (<em>Prestupleniye i nakazaniye<\/em>; F.M. Dostoievski, 1866).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Titlul nara\u021biunii men\u021bioneaz\u0103 diavolul zoroastrist; este \u00eens\u0103 o figur\u0103 de stil (singurul moment fantastic \u2013 separarea sufletului de trup odat\u0103 cu \u00eencetarea vie\u021bii unui personaj episodic \u2013 nu are vreo leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu Ahriman), semnifica\u021biile fiind, prin urmare, de esen\u021b\u0103 moral-filozofic\u0103, nu mitologico-teologic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ac\u021biunea se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 ramificat, oscil\u00e2nd \u00eentre anii regimului politic ceau\u0219ist \u0219i anii `90 \u2013 urm\u0103rind, \u00een paralel, dou\u0103 personaje principale, din copil\u0103ria acestora (\u00een cazul personajului principal pozitiv, prin intermediul analepsei) \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een momentul \u00eenfrunt\u0103rii finale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asist\u0103m, astfel, la transformarea unui copil (abandonat de c\u0103tre tat\u0103 \u0219i maltratat de c\u0103tre mama alcoolic\u0103, habotnic\u0103 \u0219i frustrat\u0103) \u00eentr-un uciga\u0219 accidental, devenit apoi un adult uciga\u0219-\u00een-serie cu preten\u021bii justi\u021biare (\u00een fapt, motiva\u021bia sa este pervers-sexual\u0103, dup\u0103 cum este nevoit s\u0103 admit\u0103 \u0219i el, la un moment dat \u2013 a se vedea, infra).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poli\u021bistul pornit cu hot\u0103r\u00e2re (\u00een ciuda lipsei de experien\u021b\u0103) pe urmele \u201ePiosului\u201d (de la \u201eJack Spintec\u0103torul\u201d \u00eencoace, gazetarii au dovedit constant c\u0103 se pricep s\u0103 boteze criminalii anonimi) a avut, de asemenea, o copil\u0103rie problematic\u0103, fiind \u00eens\u0103 salvat de la un destin (probabil) tragic prin bun\u0103tatea unui ofi\u021ber de Securitate (sensibil, totodat\u0103, la sentimentele fiicei sale pentru protagonist).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pe parcursul investiga\u021biei, din trecutul \u00eendep\u0103rtat se ive\u0219te \u0219i un du\u0219man \u00eenver\u0219unat al anchetatorului, pav\u00e2nd, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 vrea (fire\u0219te!), drumul spre revela\u021bie (autorul, remarc\u0103m cu pl\u0103cere, a \u0219tiut s\u0103 \u021bin\u0103 sub v\u0103l suficient timp at\u00e2t importan\u021ba acestui personaj-ter\u021b, c\u00e2t \u0219i identitatea uciga\u0219ului-\u00een-serie \u2013 surprinz\u0103toare[6], \u00een ciuda faptului c\u0103 reprezint\u0103 o aplicare \u2013 corect\u0103 \u2013 a principiului literar \u201ePistolul lui Cehov\u201d).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O bine-cunoscut\u0103 (chiar la mod\u0103) teorie viz\u00e2nd importan\u021ba psihanalizei \u0219i psihoterapiei (a nu se confunda acestea cu psihiatria \u2013 autorul face, de altfel, aceast\u0103 distinc\u021bie \u2013 sau cu psihologia judiciar\u0103) \u00een investiga\u021bia criminalistic\u0103 \u0219i \u00een cercetarea criminologic\u0103 r\u0103zbate din nara\u021biune. \u00cen ce m\u0103sur\u0103 sunt utile \u00een privin\u021ba identific\u0103rii \u0219i\/sau reabilit\u0103rii criminalilor? La prima vedere, &#8230; <em>Ahriman<\/em> pare o pledoarie \u201epro\u201d. \u0218i, totu\u0219i, remarc\u0103m dou\u0103 (s\u0103 le numim astfel:) rezerve exprimate chiar de c\u0103tre (ambele!) personaje. Le red\u0103m aici \u2013 pe de o parte, pentru c\u0103 un cititor neavizat ar putea s\u0103 nu le observe (sau s\u0103 nu le \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 pe deplin importan\u021ba\/semnifica\u021bia), \u0219i, pe de alt\u0103 parte, pentru c\u0103, \u00een opinia noastr\u0103, tocmai aceste rezerve dau valoare <em>&#8230; Ahrimanului<\/em> din punct de vedere criminalistic \u0219i, respectiv, criminologic:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 \u201ecu ce m\u0103 ajut\u0103 s\u0103 \u0219tiu c\u0103 uciga\u0219ul a fost dominat \u0219i umilit de mama sa \u00een copil\u0103rie? (&#8230;) C\u0103 e incapabil de a se ata\u0219a sentimental de femei. (&#8230;) Cu ce ne este nou\u0103 de folos s\u0103 \u0219tim c\u0103 pentru psihopat ejacularea reprezint\u0103 triumful suprem asupra mamei? (&#8230;) tot ceea ce ne spune psihologul (&#8230;) nu ne ofer\u0103 date esen\u021biale pentru prinderea lui! (&#8230;) \u00cemi este mai util\u0103 propria-mi deduc\u021bie logic\u0103, aceea c\u0103 f\u0103ptuitorul tr\u0103ie\u0219te probabil singur, fapt care \u00eei confer\u0103 libertate, discre\u021bie, siguran\u021b\u0103. (&#8230;) ca s\u0103 \u00eenchei, eu prefer datele concrete oferite de analizele speciali\u0219tilor, precum grupa de s\u00e2nge, \u00een\u0103l\u021bime, v\u00e2rst\u0103\u201d (spune poli\u021bistul);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 \u201e\u00een mod incon\u0219tient, \u00ee\u0219i construise un sistem justificativ iluzoriu, pe care, \u00een ciuda preg\u0103tirii sale, nu-l putuse recunoa\u0219te pentru a-l contracara \u00een timp util? Ideea \u00eei provoc\u0103 dezam\u0103gire, pentru c\u0103 abia acum con\u0219tientiz\u0103 acut limitele \u0219tiin\u021bei \u00een care se specializase \u0219i pe care o considera infailibil\u0103. Pentru numele lui Dumnezeu, dac\u0103 el, care se analizase \u00eendelung pe sine, nu ajunsese s\u0103 se cunoasc\u0103 \u0219i nu se putea \u00eendrepta, ce \u0219anse putea avea un alt profesionist, indiferent de preg\u0103tirea \u0219i de d\u0103ruirea cu care ar fi abordat cazul lui?\u201d (cuget\u0103rile uciga\u0219ului-psiholog[7]).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u00e2t despre componenta social\u0103 a lui <em>&#8230; Ahriman<\/em>, M.A. Negu\u021b ar putea fi considerat (din acest punct de vedere) un continuator al sentimentalismului dickensian: personajele sale sunt, \u00een genere, oropsi\u021bi ai societ\u0103\u021bii, locuitori ai mahalalelor sau proveni\u021bi de acolo, \u00een\u0103l\u021ba\u021bi sau pr\u0103bu\u0219i\u021bi prin comportamentul semenilor sau prin ac\u021biunile autorit\u0103\u021bilor publice \u00een aceea\u0219i m\u0103sur\u0103 ca prin propriile merite sau vicii\/sl\u0103biciuni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mesajul-fir-ro\u0219u al nara\u021biunii este, de altfel, un avertisment criminologic adresat, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd, p\u0103rin\u021bilor: maltratarea copiilor \u2013 fie aceasta fizic\u0103, fie \u201edoar\u201d psihic\u0103 \u2013 are, deseori, consecin\u021be cumplite, transform\u00e2nd ireversibil suflete u\u0219or de modelat \u00een suflete de mon\u0219tri.[8]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stilul scriiturii este simplu[9], direct, f\u0103r\u0103 \u00eenflorituri (registrul lingvistic penduleaz\u0103, \u00een genere, \u00eentre colocvial \u0219i argotic, ajung\u00e2nd uneori \u2013 din fericire, foarte rar \u2013 s\u0103 fie licen\u021bios), totodat\u0103 dinamic, agreabil \u0219i, nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, curat din punct de vedere gramatical[10] (din acest motiv, merit\u00e2nd felicit\u0103ri[10], probabil, at\u00e2t autorul, c\u00e2t \u0219i editura).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen concluzie, fie c\u0103 M.A. Negu\u021b se apleac\u0103 asupra unor probleme juridico-sociale precum traficul de persoane (<em>Cerberus<\/em>) sau violen\u021ba domestic\u0103 \u0219i consecin\u021bele aferente (<em>&#8230; Ahriman<\/em>), fie c\u0103 ne prezint\u0103, romantizat[4], \u00eens\u0103 riguros documentat, pagini de istorie (<em>1877 &#8230;<\/em>[3]), \u0219tie s\u0103 capteze aten\u021bia cititorului, oferindu-i nu doar o lectur\u0103 pl\u0103cut\u0103, ci \u0219i una educativ\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Iat\u0103 motive suficiente pentru a \u00eei urm\u0103ri bibliografia, titlu dup\u0103 titlu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"># ADNOT\u0102RI<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">[1] Publicarea la edituri-reper este un semn al consacr\u0103rii autorului.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">[2] <em>Din alt\u0103 via\u021b\u0103: &#8230;<\/em> continu\u0103 cu <em>Servesc patria<\/em> (edi\u021bie deocamdat\u0103 neoficial\u0103, 2022).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">[3] A se vedea O. Vremea, 2017; recenzia noastr\u0103, aici <a href=\"https:\/\/egophobia.ro\/?p=12810\">https:\/\/egophobia.ro\/?p=12810<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">[7] Nu, nu este aceasta o nepotrivit\u0103 (din partea noastr\u0103) dezv\u0103luire, autorul nef\u0103c\u00e2nd un secret din profesia uciga\u0219ului.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De altfel, grija comentatorului literar nu este s\u0103 p\u0103streze secretele nara\u021biunii (aceasta este grija autorului \u0219i a editurii), ci s\u0103 efectueze o analiz\u0103 pe text pertinent\u0103 (nu trebuie, totu\u0219i, f\u0103cute dezv\u0103luiri inutile din punct de vedere al analizei respective, fire\u0219te).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">[8] Suntem \u00eentru totul de acord cu acest mesaj \u0219i \u00eei subliniem importan\u021ba.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lovirea, \u00eensp\u0103im\u00e2ntarea sau umilirea \u00een orice fel (nici nu vrem s\u0103 pomenim de alte forme de maltratare) a unei fiin\u021be deosebit de firave, complet lipsite de ap\u0103rare (spre \u2013 esen\u021bial\u0103! \u2013 deosebire de so\u021bul\/concubinul sau so\u021bia\/concubina victim\u0103 a violen\u021bei domestice, nu poate nici m\u0103car alerga apoi, pentru a se salva de maltrat\u0103ri viitoare, la autorit\u0103\u021bi sau la p\u0103rin\u021bi\/prieteni!) \u0219i cu statura ajung\u00e2nd\u00a0 p\u00e2n\u0103 la genunchii sau p\u00e2n\u0103 la br\u00e2ul adultului-agresor (fiind, culmea, \u0219i s\u00e2nge din s\u00e2ngele acestuia!), este o fapt\u0103 nu doar incredibil de la\u0219\u0103, ci absolut dezumanizant\u0103 \u2013 \u00eentre \u201eanimalic\u0103\u201d \u0219i, pur \u0219i simplu, \u201ediavoleasc\u0103\u201d, \u00een func\u021bie de gravitate de la caz la caz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">[9] Cu alt\u0103 ocazie, autorul a dovedit c\u0103 nu are dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een abordarea unei scriituri \u00eembog\u0103\u021bite stilistic \u2013 atunci c\u00e2nd a considerat-o, probabil, potrivit\u0103 inten\u021biilor sale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A se vedea, \u00een acest sens, recenzia deja men\u021bionat\u0103 \u2013 O.
