Ransom, respectiv U.K. Le Guin sau M.A. Stackpole), s-a impus \u00een anii recen\u021bi \u0219i \u00een literatura de mistere (cu nuan\u021be fantastice sau pseudofantastice \u0219i cu decor deseori oriental) \u0219i de epoc\u0103 (atent reconstituit\u0103, inclusiv cu ajutorul unor impresionante h\u0103r\u021bi, alc\u0103tuite minu\u021bios, \u00een manier\u0103 cartografic\u0103 medieval\u0103, de c\u0103tre excep\u021bionalul artist grafician Ionu\u021b B\u0103nu\u021b\u0103) printr-o trilogie romantesc\u0103[1] proasp\u0103t \u00eencheiat\u0103 prin <em>Gr\u0103dina alchimi\u0219tilor<\/em> (Ed. Hyperliteratura, 2025; primele dou\u0103 p\u0103r\u021bi ale respectivei trilogii, lansate la aceea\u0219i editur\u0103, fiind <em>Cele patru oglinzi ale adev\u0103rului<\/em> \u0219i <em>Cronica barbar\u0103<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reamintim, cu aceast\u0103 ocazie, faptul (adeseori sc\u0103pat din vedere de c\u0103tre scriitori, editori, comentatori) c\u0103 p\u0103r\u021bile constituente ale unei trilogii pot fi citite separat, av\u00e2nd, prin defini\u021bie, un subiect de sine st\u0103t\u0103tor (faimosul <em>St\u0103p\u00e2nul inelelor<\/em>, de pild\u0103, nu este o trilogie \u2013 dup\u0103 cum a semnalat \u00eensu\u0219i J.R.R. Tolkien, la un moment dat).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 numele autoarei (cunoscut ast\u0103zi multor cititori), ne atrag imediat aten\u021bia, \u00eentr-un mod pl\u0103cut, titlul \u0219i coperta; ne bucur\u0103 faptul c\u0103 Ed. Hyperliteratura (spre deosebire de multe alte edituri &#8230;) a \u00een\u021beles un aspect artistic \u0219i comercial deosebit de important, \u0219i anume acela al valorii a\u0219a-numitei \u201ecoperte cu personaj\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Decorul <em>Gr\u0103dinii &#8230;<\/em> oscileaz\u0103 \u00eentre Orientul \u00eendr\u0103git de scriitoare (de data aceasta, este vorba despre o c\u0103l\u0103torie ini\u021biatic\u0103 \u00een India) \u0219i Europa florentin\u0103 \u2013 a familiei de&#8217; Medici (asasinarea lui Giuliano de&#8217; Medici \u00eei permite cititorului s\u0103 descopere un ora\u0219 clocotind de indignare vindicativ\u0103) sau valah\u0103 \u2013 a lui Vlad \u021aepe\u0219 (domnitorul rom\u00e2n fiind evocat \u00eentr-un mod corect din punct de vedere istoric, f\u0103r\u0103 a i se cosmetiza sau justifica firea crud\u0103).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Protagonistul trilogiei, medic (ocazional, de nevoie, \u0219i asasin \u00een slujba unei conjura\u021bii stranii) florentin (n\u0103scut \u00een Moldova, apoi pribeag prin lumea \u00eentreag\u0103), ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00een contrapondere cu protagonistul etapei epice concentrate \u00een <em>Gr\u0103dina &#8230;<\/em> \u2013 un ucenic-alchimist suspectat de varii nelegiuiri \u0219i, totodat\u0103, b\u0103nuit a fi o (a doua \u2013 prima manifest\u00e2ndu-se \u00een <em>Cronica barbar\u0103<\/em>) \u00eentrupare diabolic\u0103 a unui du\u0219man omor\u00e2t c\u00e2ndva \u0219i re\u00eentors ca s\u0103 se r\u0103zbune.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00centr-un alt timp (ulterior), un t\u00e2n\u0103r u\u0219uratic \u0219i aparent inocent se treze\u0219te prizonier \u00eentr-un cuf\u0103r al aceluia\u0219i medic ocultist, scopul r\u0103pirii sale fiind str\u00e2ns legat at\u00e2t de elixirul nemuririi c\u0103utate cu r\u00e2vn\u0103 (\u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 prea multe scrupule) de c\u0103tre toate personajele, c\u00e2t \u0219i de misterul obsedant al unei presupuse re\u00eencarn\u0103ri perpetue &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Profit\u00e2nd de complicata intrig\u0103 alchimic\u0103 \u0219i de meandrele nara\u021biunii, autoarea nu pierde ocazia de a ne prezenta diverse \u0219arlatanii, experimente pseudo\u0219tiin\u021bifice \u0219i credin\u021be populare, filozofice sau teologice interesante, specifice epocii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De asemenea, personajele \u021bin am\u0103nun\u021bite jurnale de c\u0103l\u0103torie, permi\u021b\u00e2nd astfel cititorului incursiuni bine documentate \u00een istoria, geografia, via\u021ba \u0219i moravurile popoarelor din varii regiuni de pe Glob.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen sf\u00e2r\u0219it, <em>Gr\u0103dina &#8230;<\/em> are \u0219i o latur\u0103 roman\u021bioas\u0103 \u2013 este, \u00eens\u0103, oare, t\u00e2n\u0103ra v\u0103duv\u0103 doar o victim\u0103 colateral\u0103 a seduc\u0103torului decis s\u0103 o transforme \u00een unealt\u0103 a r\u0103zbun\u0103rii, sau, dimpotriv\u0103, o seduc\u0103toare hot\u0103r\u00e2t\u0103 s\u0103 pun\u0103 m\u00e2na, cu orice pre\u021b, pe un leac nenatural, ultim\u0103 speran\u021b\u0103 a vindec\u0103rii sale de o boal\u0103 necru\u021b\u0103toare? &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u00e2t este sentiment \u0219i c\u00e2t este interes \u00eentr-o rela\u021bie erotic\u0103 nepotrivit\u0103? &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cine a citit <em>&#8230; oglinzile<\/em> &#8230; \u0219i <em>Cronica &#8230;<\/em>, va c\u0103uta <em>Gr\u0103dina &#8230;<\/em>, credem, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 aib\u0103 nevoie de o recomandare din partea noastr\u0103; cine o cunoa\u0219te pe autoare doar din sfera literaturii \u0219tiin\u021bifico-fantastice \u0219i neofantastice, ar putea avea o surpriz\u0103 foarte pl\u0103cut\u0103 reg\u0103sindu-i condeiul \u00eentr-un alt fel de nara\u021biune; iar cine nu a citit, p\u00e2n\u0103 acum, nimic semnat de Ana-Maria Negril\u0103, ar trebui s\u0103 acopere grabnic aceast\u0103 lacun\u0103 din istoria lecturilor sale.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">#<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ADNOT\u0102RI<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">[1] Dup\u0103 cum am explicat, pe larg, cu alt\u0103 ocazie (a se vedea O.
