Fascismul se z\u0103rea hidos la col\u0163ul str\u0103zii sale pietruite.<\/p>\n<p align=justify>\nIn 1925 scrie \u00een &#8220;Ideas Sobre de la Novela&#8221;: &#8220;Sunt \u015focat de scriitori ca Pirandello care \u00ee\u015fi dezumanizeaz\u0103 personajele. Un artist trebuie s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi vad\u0103 de arta sa, nu de profe\u0163ii&#8221;.<br \/>\nNoua art\u0103 i se pare o fug\u0103 de realitate o deformare a humanului. &#8220;Un scriitor trebuie s\u0103 aibe o viziune,<br \/>\nsa fie deschis chem\u0103rilor sale&#8221;&#8230; trebuie s\u0103 aibe perspectiva spa\u0163iului \u00een care opereaz\u0103 ..s\u0103 respecte adev\u0103rul.. adev\u0103rul absolut este suma la un moment dat a tuturor perspectivelor umane, al cercetarii realit\u0103\u0163ii.<br \/>\nOrtega este un Descartes invers: &#8220;Tr\u0103iesc-deci cuget&#8221;. Vrea s\u0103 \u00een\u0163eleag\u0103 realitatea, el continu\u0103 perspectivismul bazat pe observa\u0163iile lui Nietzsche, le dezvolt\u0103 ar\u0103t\u00e2nd c\u0103 via\u0163a este o combina\u0163ie complex\u0103 (percep\u0163ie \u015fi conven\u0163ie) \u00een care rezid\u0103 sistemul filozofal propus.<br \/>\nEl propune no\u0163iunea &#8220;Raz\u00f3n vital&#8221; &#8211; ra\u0163iunea avand via\u0163a ca funda\u0163ie, via\u0163a ca sus\u0163in\u0103toare a cunoa\u015fterii. Ortega p\u0103r\u0103se\u015fte vitalismul lui Nietzche \u00een care via\u0163a r\u0103spunde la impulsuri, pentru Ortega ra\u0163iunea este crucial\u0103 \u00een definirea &#8220;unui plan de via\u0163\u0103&#8221;. Aceste direc\u0163ii \u00een g\u00e2ndire apar sintetizate \u00een &#8220;Dezumanizarea artei&#8221;<br \/>\n(1925). Ortega semnaleaz\u0103 dispari\u0163ia fe\u0163ei, metafora uman\u0103 este eliminat\u0103 de minimalism, abstract \u015fi simbolic. &#8220;Calitatea artei nu e conferit\u0103 de con\u0163inut ci de forme, de vizual&#8221;. Ortega continu\u0103 ideile de spirit \u015fi sociologie spaniole ale lui Miguel de Unamuno vis\u00e2nd la o societate bazat\u0103 pe \u015ftiin\u0163\u0103, etic\u0103 \u015fi estetic\u0103.<br \/>\nCultura trebuie s\u0103 rezolve misterele istoriei declara el \u00een &#8220;Hystory as System&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><em>Revolta Maselor (1930)<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=justify>\nOrtega, Bergson, Spengler \u015fi al\u0163ii catalizau intelectualitatea europeeana \u00eempotriva mi\u015fc\u0103rilor social-democrate. In lucrarea sa &#8220;Revolta Maselor&#8221; Ortega lanseaz\u0103 un profetic semnal de alarm\u0103: &#8220;degrada\u0163ia \u015fi alienarea culturii faciliteaz\u0103 apari\u0163ia fascismului&#8221;. Via\u0163a \u00een Europa se modifica fara \u00eencetare.<br \/>\nMasele c\u0103p\u0103tau acces la conducerea social\u0103,la putere. &#8220;Dar masele nu pot guverna societatea, ele nu sunt capabile de auto determinare, deci Europa va intra \u00eentr-o criz\u0103 care amenin\u0163\u0103 propria sa existen\u0163\u0103&#8221;. Dar ce sunt masele ? \u00eentreab\u0103 scriitorul.. Suntem noi to\u0163i \u0103\u015ftia care ar\u0103tam exact ca ceilal\u0163i, buni sau r\u0103i, cu educa\u0163ie sau far\u0103, \u00een orice caz far\u0103 s\u0103 p\u0103rem \u00eengrijora\u0163i de vreo stare, ba chiar satisf\u0103cu\u0163i unii cu ceilal\u0163i.<br \/>\n&#8220;Masele cred ele, c\u0103 au menirea s\u0103 legalizeze orice mi\u015fcare nascut\u0103 \u00eentr-o cafenea..<br \/>\nNu exist\u0103 perioad\u0103 istoric\u0103 \u00een care masele au guvernat \u00een mod direct mai mult dec\u00e2t acum. M\u0103 supar\u0103 ca min\u0163ile mediocre, cunosc\u00e2ndu-\u015fi mediocritatea, au curajul s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi proclame \u015fi s\u0103 impun\u0103 aceast\u0103<br \/>\nmediocritate &#8220;. Ortega citeaz\u0103 pe americani: &#8220;Este indecent s\u0103 fi diferit&#8221;. Ce nu accep\u0163i \u00een art\u0103, nu accepta \u00een politic\u0103. In alt\u0103 parte a lumii Astor Piazzola inregistra Tango&#8217;s Caf\u00e9 \u015fi muzic\u0103 pentru un popor s\u0103rac dar cu vizuni \u015fi speran\u0163e largi. Lui Piazzola, Ortega i-ar fi scris: <<drag\u0103 prietene, muzica ta e minunat\u0103 dar m\u0103 tem c\u0103 ascult\u0103torii de r\u00e2nd nu vor aprecia diferen\u0163a, excelen\u0163a, \u015fi sofisticarea. Cei care nu sunt ca toata lumea, cei care g\u00e2ndesc diferit, risc\u0103 s\u0103 fie elimina\u0163i..>> Lui Ortega \u00eei este clar c\u0103 masele nu vor fi capabile<br \/>\nsa controleze procesul civiliz\u0103rii. El defineste cet\u0103\u0163eanul de r\u00e2nd: &#8220;cel care a \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at s\u0103 foloseasc\u0103 mecanic civiliza\u0163ia dar ignor\u0103 principiile fundamentale ale civiliza\u0163iei. Vulgarul din trecutul Europei nu \u00ee\u015fi \u00eenchipuia c\u0103 poate avea &#8220;idei&#8221;. El are credin\u0163e, tradi\u0163ii, folclor, proverbe \u015fi obiceiuri mentale dar niciodat\u0103 &#8220;teorii&#8221; despre lucruri.<br \/>\nAzi omul maselor are cele mai &#8220;matematice&#8221; idei despre tot ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u00een univers. Omul maselor \u015fi-a pierdut auzul! De ce s\u0103 asculte c\u00e2nd poate judeca, decide, pronun\u0163a, la bunul s\u0103u plac ? Nu exist\u0103 fa\u0163et\u0103 a vietii publice \u00een care el nu intervine, surd \u015fi mut cum e, declar\u00e2ndu-\u015fi cu voce tare opiniile&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p align=justify>\nDar acesta nu e progresul ? De ce s\u0103 respingem &#8220;ideeile maselor&#8221;, de ce s\u0103 nu cultiv\u0103m aceast\u0103 nou\u0103 cultur\u0103? Ortega se opune \u015fi explic\u0103: &#8220;Omul maselor nu are idei originale, el nu posed\u0103 opinii istorice<br \/>\nsau culturale, cine vrea s\u0103 prezinte idei s\u0103 fie pregatit s\u0103 accepte adev\u0103rul, regulile expunerii adev\u0103rului.<br \/>\nSunt principii pe care se sprijin\u0103 orice cultur\u0103, care \u00ee\u015fi disput\u0103 structurarea ei economic\u0103, estetic\u0103 \u015fi moral\u0103.<br \/>\nC\u00e2nd aceast\u0103 structur\u0103 lipse\u015fte nu poate fi vorba de cultur\u0103 ci de barbarism.&#8221;<br \/>\nRebeliunea maselor duce la barbarism. Un c\u0103l\u0103tor \u015ftie c\u0103 exist\u0103 teritorii far\u0103 drumuri pavate sau principii etice, dar nici cui s\u0103 se pl\u00e2ng\u0103 despre lipsa lor. Barbarismul inseamn\u0103 absen\u0163a unui sistem de referin\u0163e larg acceptat. De aici r\u0103m\u00e2ne un mic pas de f\u0103cut spre fascism, bol\u015fevism, pl\u0103gile secolului XX.<br \/>\nOrtega explic\u0103 cum masele con\u015ftiente de superioritatea elitei o \u00eenlatur\u0103 uzurp\u00e2nd puterea \u015fi conductul moral.<\/p>\n<p align=justify>\nFascismul european aduce pe tapet modelul unor mase care nu simt nevoia argument\u0103rii, participan\u0163ii \u00ee\u015fi impun brutal atitudinea \u015fi opiniile.<br \/>\nMarile schimb\u0103ri sociale se produc treptat: apare normativ de a fi ilogic, noua mentalitate \u00ee\u0163i permite s\u0103 ai &#8220;idei&#8221; dar f\u0103r\u0103 o facultate ideatic\u0103. Fascismul evit\u0103 conceptul idealurilor, el doar prolifereaz\u0103 &#8220;idei&#8221;<br \/>\nneaccept\u00e2nd condi\u0163iile \u015fi termenii care sunt baza intrinseca oric\u0103rei opinii. Ortega cere o ultimativ\u0103 discu\u0163ie a ideilor moderne.<br \/>\nDar vai,timpurile schimbau morala, noua g\u00e2ndire declar\u0103 ireversibil: &#8220;s-a terminat cu polemica, tr\u0103iasca hermetismul,afar\u0103 cu intercomunica\u0163ia \u015fi teoretizarea&#8221;.. &#8220;anarhia bate la u\u015fe&#8221;, semnalizeaz\u0103 Ortega.<br \/>\nIat\u0103 noul credo: Dreptul la ac\u0163iune si la fapte nera\u0163ionale. De aici \u015fi p\u00e2n\u0103 la falsa dragoste a comuni\u015ftilor pentru mase, popor, muncitori, solda\u0163i, \u0163\u0103rani, este exact distan\u0163a unei farse ..<\/p>\n<p align=justify>\nM\u0103 \u00eentorc \u00een biroul pr\u0103fuit al lui Ortega. Au trecut 76 de ani de la &#8220;Revolta Maselor&#8221;.<br \/>\nComunismul a disp\u0103rut \u00een umbra istoriei, la fel \u015fi fascismul aniilor de r\u0103zboi. Masele de azi manipuleaz\u0103 tehnologii noi, comunic\u0103 cu viteza luminii \u015fi au de confruntat noi angoase: dezastrul ecologic planetar, mass distruction, terorismul fanatic.<br \/>\nZi de zi, 365 de zile pe an o parte din planet\u0103 st\u0103 de gard\u0103 ca cealalt\u0103 parte s\u0103 nu ias\u0103 de sub control.<br \/>\nIstoria e o fluctua\u0163ie a maselor pe un teritoriu finit. Populismul \u015fi urbanismul au luat locul elitelor care rar mai g\u0103sesc o ni\u015fe de expresie.
