Collins, <em>Limbajul lui Dumnezeu \u2013 Un om de \u015ftiin\u0163\u0103 aduce dovezi \u00een sprijinul credin\u0163ei,<\/em> traducerea de Silvia Palade, Curtea Veche, 2009]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"right\">de \u015etefan Bolea<br \/>\nfor the English version click <a href=\"http:\/\/egophobia.ro\/?p=8554\">here<\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nDemersul lui Collins este circular (A => B, B => A) \u015fi poate fi demontat printr-o imagine nietzschean\u0103: \u201eC\u00e2nd ascunzi ceva \u00eentr-un tufi\u015f, c\u0103ut\u00e2ndu-l apoi \u00een acela\u015fi loc \u015fi <em>g\u0103sindu-l<\/em> (s.m.), c\u0103utarea \u015fi g\u0103sirea nu merit\u0103 s\u0103 fie elogiate. Dar exact a\u015fa stau lucrurile legate de c\u0103utarea \u015fi aflarea \u00abadev\u0103rului\u00bb \u00een domeniul ra\u0163iunii.\u201d Collins \u00ee\u015fi propune s\u0103 ajung\u0103 la o demonstra\u0163ie ra\u0163ional\u0103 a existen\u0163ei lui Dumnezeu prin mijlocirea ipotezelor \u015ftiin\u0163ifice. Titlul c\u0103r\u0163ii sale este un eufemism pentru o banalitate nedemonstrabil\u0103: \u201eDac\u0103 un om de \u015ftiin\u0163\u0103 arat\u0103 c\u0103 exist\u0103 Dumnezeu, \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 el \u015ftie despre ce e vorba.\u201d \u00cen realitate, demersul lui Collins este cu totul altul: \u201eCred \u00een Dumnezeu, deci trebuie s\u0103-l g\u0103sesc oriunde, chiar \u015fi \u00een \u015ftiin\u0163\u0103.\u201d Ca \u00een geometrie, rezultatul e dat \u00eenainte, trebuie doar \u201econfirmat\u201d printr-o demonstra\u0163ie elegant\u0103.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nDin punct de vedere psihologic, care este valoarea cognitiv\u0103 a unui demers, care porne\u015fte de la <em>A=A,<\/em> trece prin <em>A=?<\/em> \u015fi ajunge tot la <em>A=A<\/em>? Acel <em>?<\/em> este ipotetic \u015fi practic inexistent. \u00cemi pare r\u0103u, dar c\u00e2nd reg\u0103sesc ceea ce am ascuns \u00een tufi\u015f (<em>cine a ascuns? eu?<\/em>), nu m\u0103 pot bucura sau <em>mira<\/em>, dac\u0103 \u00eemi p\u0103strez memoria \u015fi aten\u0163ia intacte. Ateii care devin persoane religioase cred pentru c\u0103 vor s\u0103 cread\u0103, sunt convin\u015fi pentru c\u0103 au vrut s\u0103 se lase convin\u015fi: este doar efectul unei autosugestii controlate. Dac\u0103, \u00eens\u0103, ne racord\u0103m la lacune \u015fi cezuri, credin\u0163a (nu voin\u0163a de adev\u0103r) va suferi din pricina discontinuit\u0103\u0163ilor.<\/p>\n<p>Schema este urm\u0103toarea:<\/p>\n<p>a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dumnezeu exist\u0103. (O constatare autoritar\u0103, constr\u00e2ng\u0103toare.)<\/p>\n<p>b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u015etiin\u0163a este caracterizat\u0103 prin c\u0103utarea adev\u0103rului.<\/p>\n<p>c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Deci, trebuie s\u0103 demonstr\u0103m \u015ftiin\u0163ific adev\u0103rul existen\u0163ei lui Dumnezeu.<\/p>\n<p>Dar cum demonstrezi a)? Prin mijloace \u015ftiin\u0163ifice \u015fi filosofice, este imposibil s\u0103 dovede\u015fti a) (c\u00e2t \u015fi <em>non-a)<\/em>). De aceea, se recurge la <em>biografie<\/em> (dar \u015fi un ateu poate folosi aceast\u0103 cale \u2013 v. biografia lui Beauvoir). Se ajunge la o mutare aporetic\u0103 a credin\u0163ei \u00een zona bunului plac, \u00een teritoriul \u00eenclina\u0163iilor:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>Personajul lui Lampedusa crede \u00een Dumnezeu datorit\u0103 constat\u0103rii matematice a preeminen\u0163ei ordinii universale.<\/li>\n<li>Tyler Durden, freudian, constat\u0103 c\u0103 \u201eOur fathers were models for God\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Un sartrian poate constata inexisten\u0163a lui Dumnezeu, invers dec\u00e2t prin\u0163ul Fabrizio Salina, pe baza contingen\u0163ei \u015fi a imensei arbitrariet\u0103\u0163i universale: nimic nu pare necesar.<\/li>\n<li>Un discipol al lui Eliade va observa c\u0103 exigen\u0163a semnelor \u015fi directe\u0163ea coinciden\u0163elor sugereaz\u0103 voin\u0163a divin\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Oricum am lua-o, problema teodiceei pune credincio\u015filor cea mai grav\u0103 problem\u0103: de ce suferin\u0163a love\u015fte arbitrar \u00een oricine, bun sau r\u0103u? Pe principiul \u201eif you can\u2019t beat them, join them\u201d (la fel cum o traum\u0103 major\u0103 duce la nevroz\u0103), credin\u0163a te duce \u00een teritoriul ira\u0163ionalului. Credin\u0163a este un sindrom Stockholm, \u00een care Prometeu se \u00eendr\u0103goste\u015fte de Zeus. Problema suferin\u0163ei conduce fie la ipoteza unui demiurg r\u0103u, fie la cea a unui zei lipsit de atributul atotputerniciei.
