2300. rage as absolute doom.
the clouds pass like
rapid REM
seconds become
millions of particles,
adonistic
game of battles,
flashes tremble,
introvert love,
my forthcoming
precious soul.

sus!

:last stop everybody off
lines drawn across walls
the room is crumbling in silence
looking away unbearable signs
dreading moments fearing madmen
lost and abducted
laughter inbetween bricks
none makes me love more than you
i am blind with hidden lights

:i love what you are to me
the eyes are always
fixed and watching
they make me dream
cold blood
bath of white stone
enclosing your nudity
like those photographs
of you i burned

:sugar sand paper
mechanics. the rhythm
is simple. standards are
what we look forward to.
urban transportation scheme
relies on your docility
dont deny you enjoy your meal
we feed you health code regulations
while hunger runs wild in your heart.

sus!

In a coffin with hay

Adrian Ioniţă

Blues song for Passlode Gun Commercial

With trembling hands, tears wetting my boots
my purple blood, a sprinkler on fire
I took out my heart I ripped off my chest
and threw it for good...
in a coffin, in a coffin, in a coffin with hay.

I grabbed 1000 nails and a Passlode Gun
and boarded the heart to be sure.
I don't need no scars, I don't need no heart,
damn all this World, damn Valentine Day...
in a coffin, in a coffin, in a coffin with hay.

Wrote down the address with capital letters
only Sender, no Returnee,
fuck off, I don't want it back,
it's all yours baby, don't do that to me...
in a coffin, in a coffin, in a coffin with hay...

sus!

Those slow drops in the ear, your hidden hourglass
you say it's time we turned - and then the style
that scratches yet another disk, a printed tongue
that searches for the missing root or uvula
of vowels, untamed time in a still
house where we bathe in the vapors of our mutual ex-
siccated name - a gnomon, that's what I
think you are now as you nod and stagger down
the bloody riverbed - oh, yes, we lie in slough,
cast off no slough and yet the dripping sound
makes us look up those numens in a no-
man's land, then listen.

sus!

Without much introduction and for the sake of all the free spirits known to mankind, these are the fourteen principles of self-correctness:

I. You are the only master of your life and death alone, since day one till the very last. You are unique, therefore unlike the others: your life should match this perspective - to what purposes it's up to you to decide. You are the first to judge or sentence yourself alone and not any other person, no matter the reasons. You alone have the right to end your life, as we all come and go on our own.

II. It is your right and for your direct benefit to doubt, to criticize and to make use of all your senses in your quest, whatever that may be.

III. Your beliefs are of no one else's concern but your own and you should build on them, and change them if and when you think it fit.

IV. Do not allow others to make choices for you as long as you do not make choices for others; you will assume and bear no other consequences but those following your direct and indirect actions.

V. Be true to yourself and fight your own cause most of all. If you have to lie, don't do it to yourself. If you have to lie, make sure you do it right. If you have to lie, make sure you do no harm.

VI. Face yourself at least once in a while; self-critical analysis won't kill you, on the contrary. Moreover, this will surely help you build a strong character.

VII. Always look into matters from at least two perspectives other than your own. This should help you make better choices.

VIII. Before doing any good to anyone, including yourself, make sure you are of no harm.

IX. Honour those in line before you, as well as those after.

X. Respect those who respect you; simply turn your back on those who don't, they're not worth wasting your time.

XI. Forgive those who forgive you. Turning the other cheek to everyone who strikes you can damage your face.

XII. Keep passing extremes, equidistance is always safer.

XIII. Always think ahead. The herdal norms and dogmas of your time will inevitably expire.

XIV. Set your interest first and always keep your head straight up, no matter what. After all, you are the most important thing of all.
